“Jupiter Cosmic Chains” – Bom summons lightning from the skies in the form of two long chains, bringing the cosmic power of Jupiter down on his enemies.
“Celestial Storm Fists” – Bom’s fists call upon the powers of Jupiter, encompassing them in lightning to unleash a stunning combo of melee and magical attacks.
“Galactic Aura of Tranquility” – Bom closes his eyes and pushes out an aura of tranquility from within, knocking back enemies and providing an area of healing and regeneration for his allies.
Background:
Bom grew up as an only child in an ordinary family living an ordinary life. Largely serious from a young age, the young man found it easy to remain silent and only speak when absolutely necessary (or when overly prodded). He kept to himself, ever polite, and minded his own business. In truth, Bom led an alarmingly simply life—purposefully so.
Only a few weeks after his 16th birthday, that all changed.
Bom was in the middle of an exam when he felt a strange aura around him. At first it was just a distraction—the sensation that no matter how hard he tried, he could not concentrate. It was as if he couldn't read past a single line, or turn away from the booklet that rested before him. One look at his classmates and their blank stares, and he knew that something was amiss. It wasn't the typical bored or panicked look that he would often find, but something eerily aloof. Resilience and instinct removed him from the classroom and set him on the source’s path—a gluttony demon feeding off the minds of the young.
Without really knowing how, Bom found himself in the middle of a fight, and with Artemis and Luna’s help, he was able to rid the school from the predator it housed. In what seemed like a whirlwind of lies and sleepless nights, Bom traveled throughout the world to find others like him—warriors born to rid the world of evil.
The first of the new generation of Sailor Scouts, Bom now finds himself as Sailor Jupiter in a world that is both dangerous and frighteningly new.
Other Traits: sweet-tooth, loves the spotlight, instagrams his life, wants to write his own music, extreme lightweight drunk, loves to bake, early-bird, overinvests in holidays, enjoys games but is terrible at them, enjoys terrible jokes/puns too much, cries a lot at sad parts of movies, cries a lot at happy parts of movies
Bio: From a young age, Taiki has had a love of the spotlight - be it performing in his elementary school plays, joining dance club, or just acting cute for doting family members, he loved to be the centre of attention. Whilst at times this manifested in brattiness or other less-desirable traits, over time he tended more towards harmless energy: a cheerful, excitable demeanour that ensured that he lit up and drew the attention of every room he entered.
He hails from humble origins - raised by a single mother, after his father left the family when he was only four, she nonetheless did everything she could to support his dreams of becoming a star, and has been (and always will be) his number one fan. His climb to fame started when he entered a talent contest, and ended up being scouted by a record studio executive who recognised his voice and his “cute little guy” look were very marketable. He’s spent the last year as part of J-Pop group “Crush Crush!”, one of five pretty-boys in the lineup. As the smallest and (some would say) cutest of the bunch, he’s got quite the fanbase amongst teen girls (and some boys) in Japan who adore the “kawaii” look.
Despite his fame (and how much he enjoys it), Taiki isn’t an arrogant star. He appreciates the support and love from all his friends and his mother along the way, and always has a smile and a thanks for everyone from stage-hands to journalists. His endearing, sweet nature has only earned him more fans, as his offstage persona is just as loveable as his on-stage act. He might not be the most insightful, smart, or sensible boy, but you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who’s more of a friendly ray of sunshine.
Name: Charlotte "Char" Phelps Age: 18 Gender: Female Sexuality: Straight Occupation: Garage band singer and bassist
Sailor Scout: Sailor Mars
Powers:
“Cherry Bomb”: The move looks rather like throwing a baseball of fire, and results in something like a (small) grenade going off on impact.
"Burning Love": A melee range move, where four pillars of fire erupt around Char to roughly 12 ft in the air. When someone first pointed out to Char that the scorch marks that remained were uniformly heart shaped (points inward), the punk rock girl visibly cringed. Still, a very effective move.
"More to come": Still figuring things out.
Height: 5'8" Build: Athletic
Personality: Laid-back, let the world go **** itself attitude is a light lid over her deeper emotions. Char is a happily seething mass of contradictions, chill and relaxed about so many things, but then a tiny trigger will set her off into a orgy of gleeful violence. Thankfully, she has learned to channel most of that exuberance into music, and, surprisingly, crime fighting?
Other Traits:
Bio: Born in Galway, New York, Charlotte was the third child of a good catholic lady, who was widowed soon after. When she was eleven, her mother remarried, and turned Char's life upside down. Almost over night, Char went from being an average student and generally nice kid to being a moody teen, trying all sorts of different styles and moods to try to express herself. Without the tools to explain to the adults around her why this ordinary girl was suddenly closed off and violent, Charlotte was horrified when her mother got pregnant and retreated even further from the people that were supposed to help her.
Later, after their mother had two small children and another on the way with her new husband, Char's oldest brother found out why his sisters had started avoiding the house. He took care of the problem for them, quietly. He ended up in prison for his efforts, though not for as long a sentence as one might think: The details had come out during the trial, and the jury was sympathetic.
The court system also put Char and her sister in touch with a smart therapist, who gave Char the tool she needed to be able to tell her feelings: A bass guitar. While her sister refused to have anything to do with the music, Char dove in, finding everything she needed in a language without words. Even the pain of handing the stiff strings and forming callouses was a key to her locked down emotions. Soon she was singing out her feelings and ended up joining a local teen band with predictable lyrics and more enthusiasm than skill.
[attr="class","sDarkText"] Kaya had always been an ordinary girl who always managed to get found by extraordinary circumstances. She was never the most graceful child when existing on her own two feet, but given some music and a bit of choreography, she was a talented dancer. This led her to be chosen from her school to study dance in France with some of the most elite teachers in the entire world. A walking juxtaposition, people often teased that she just had her own sense of gravity and was having a hard time adjusting to Earth. It was through sheer determination that she excelled through her primary years and ended up in the advanced courses in the dance academy. Things were going well for her, until one fateful evening, her campus came under attack by a strange creature. [break][break] Everyone was in a panic, Kaya included. She had managed to escape to her own dorm and barricaded herself inside. But just as she thought she was safe, she came face to face with a small black cat. Convinced that it was hiding from the threat too, she kept it close until the attack moved to the dorms. Sure that she doomed to share the fate of her classmates, Kaya was prepared to surrender when suddenly there was a pink pen in her hand. And that is when everything changed.[break][break] Kaya has not been a Sailor Scout for long, but she certainly is gung-ho about it. She always wanted to see the world, and her duties protecting the world from the aliens that are now diverging upon it have taken her all over. As the de facto leader of the scouts, Kaya is often the loudest in the room and the first to charge headfirst into anything thrown at them. She isn't always the most rational, and is known to get a little hot-headed at times, but she everything in her power to lead her teammates to victory.[break][break] Powers[break][break]
"Moon Prism Blast" The bright shining light with the power of the moon is channeled from the gem on her circlet, banishing darkness with a brilliant display[break][break]
"Crescent Moon Strike" Her circlet becomes enveloped in light, which she can then throw like a boomerang, which then takes on the qualities of a laser buzz saw[break][break]
"Moon Phase Transformation" Kaya is able to change her appearance from her hair to her clothes instantly, allowing her to disguise most features about herself except for her face[break][break]
"Moon Bounce" Gravity no longer becomes an obstacle as she, and anyone within a five feet radius, is able to float effortlessly for a short period of time.

Mercurial Gale:[break]Hudson has power over the air, allowing him to attack with blades or blasts of wind, or deflect projectiles with powerful currents. In a pinch, powerful updrafts can also help himself or his companions to jump great heights or distances.
Messenger's Word:[break]While the power is active, Hudson can allow a group of people to hear each other as though they were right next to each other, no matter the actual distance between them.
Windswept Step:[break]By focusing on the area he wishes to be, Hudson can arrive there in a single step. This is fairly easy to do within a radius of 100 feet, but becomes increasingly difficult the further he tries to travel and the more he tries to bring with him. To move the whole squad from base to mission takes enough energy that he can only do one round trip per day.
[attr="class","traitBlock"] Growing up in foster care, Hudson never had much reason to stay in one place. At first it was just a love of the outdoors that lead him into taking long walks around the city, but as people paid less and less attention to him, he started to turn to more underhanded ways of finding his fun. Nicking candy from corner stores, getting other kids into trouble, nothing serious but also not exactly legal.[break][break] Nowadays, he spends most of his time doing temp jobs around the city. At least, when he’s not helping to save the world.[break][break]
