Personality: A gentlemanly young man who loves, but is also very proficient in thieving. It has become a primary source of money for Perry, as well as a bit of a hobby. However, over time he found out that simple pick pocketing just simply doesn't cut it anymore, so he primarily focuses on bigger and more valuable targets, but some pockets still may seem worthwhile. As bad as he may seem, however, Perry is quite an outgoing and sociable person who likes attention. He acquires portion of the attention he craves by leaving perfumed notes on the scenes of crime, hinting at where he could possibly strike next, signing the cards as 'The Black Cat'. With the wealth that he accumulates after successful thieving attempts buys himself fancy and rather expensive clothing articles, as well as fashionable accessories, hence why he sports a top hat, a monocle and even a cape. All in all, he would describe himself as charming and outgoing, while being also chill, but he can be quite flamboyant at times.
Perry is not quite fond of people asking him about his past, since there is nothing much to it, as he would say, and brush off the question as fast as possible. Although, while he is fond of attention and enjoys talking to others, he tends to avoid talking to the elderly population. They always have something 'smart' or 'wise' to say and the so-called 'advice' only leaves Perry in an irritable and sour mood afterwards. If he had to choose between being lonely or talking to an elderly person, he will gladly choose the lonely path. It may make him feel incredibly sad and somewhat depressed, but at least he can talk to himself without the fear of hearing wise remarks.
Perry is an illusionist and a trickster who enjoys playing tricks on people and their senses. Almost like a magician at a fair, one could say. At one moment he may be talking to a group of girls, the other he could be stealing, but people would swear that they saw him elsewhere.
When engaged in combat, Perry is just as much of a trickster as outside of it. He flows around the battlefield, taking care of the enemies with style and elegance of a fashionable thief. Perry is fine with fighting in a team, but there is no way that he is leading someone. At least of his own volition. If he is given an order, he will obey, though he may or may not make a few personal adjustments to it to fit his preferences.
The thief can be often found in Rusty Crane and Golden Lily, but the Black Cat has been known to have struck in different smaller and bigger cities across the country, as well as neighbouring countries.

Appearance: A fairly light skinned young man, who dresses quite fancily, as it would be expected of someone hailing from Golden Lily. He is about 1.78m (5.8ft) tall and weighs roughly 62kg (136.6lbs). His hair is blonde and rather short, done in a stylishly messy style. His eyes are jade green that seem to have a blue tint to them under certain angles. However, Perry has the ability to cast illusion glamour on himself, thus it is uncommon to see him in his real visage. Instead, Perry has one dedicated disguise of a
young man with long green hair, though he uses many different ones for his heists.

Magic:Shapeshifter - One of Perry's special characteristics is that he has the ability to turn himself into a black cat at will. It is the main reason why he uses the Black Cat as his thieving moniker. He has gotten used to controlling his body as a cat to the point it would be nigh impossible to tell him apart from real cats, based on their behaviour, unless one knows what to look for.
Shadow Control - Because of how Perry's life treated him in the past, the shadows became a constant part of it, eventually turning into a friend. He knows how to mould it, how to shape it to make it do his bidding, whether it is turning him invisible or controlling people's shadows. After brief concentration he can even coat himself in shadows, allowing him temporary passage through solid walls and objects.
Glamour - Besides having the ability to shapeshift and control shadows, Perry is also able to cast illusions on himself, that make him seem like an another person entirely, to the point he can even obscure his scent or mimicking abilities of others, to a certain extent. It is especially handy for not having to constantly cook up new disguises.
Skills: Perry has been taught basic reading and writing skills. He is proficient in lock picking, pick pocketing and puzzle solving. Over the years Perry has learned what to say to people to make them feel either more at ease or persuade them. Perry is also very knowledgeable about the back streets of Rusty Crane and has many contacts in said back streets, as well as other less pleasurable places. Besides having hidden knowledge, Perry has learned how to scale many different kinds of shapes and buildings and is quick on his feet to get away from the scene of the crime. Tied to his shapeshifting ability is the knowledge of how cats behave, to make him seem as natural as possible.
